Warranty Certificate

Carports Anywhere stands behind the buildings we manufacture and install. Here is what our limited warranty covers and what it takes to keep it in force.

Coverage

What’s Covered

1-Year Workmanship

Covers workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation.

20-Year Rust-Through

Limited rust-through warranty on 12- and 14-gauge framing; Regular and Boxed Eave roofs up to 41′ long; Vertical roofs of any length.

Lifetime Wind Load

Limited lifetime warranty on all certified units for wind loads.

Conditions

  • All warranties assume normal care and maintenance
  • Warranties are limited and cannot be transferred to a new owner

Maintenance

  • Wash painted surfaces at least once a year with mild detergent or soap and clean water
  • Do not use abrasives, harsh chemicals or chemical cleaners
Exclusions

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Chemical agents, liquids or solids, other than rain falling directly on the building
  • Contact with soil, ash, fertilizer or other materials that hold moisture, or internal condensation on any surface
  • Contact with green or wet lumber or treated pine
  • Unusually corrosive environments, now or in the future
